Percival's armor and sword are made out of a powerful material developed in a hidden governmental research facility. The material would come to be known as Arthurium, given its extremely rich qualities.
The armor can resist extremely high and low temperatures, sustain heavy amounts of damage, and gives Percival enough strength to wield his titanic blade with one hand. However, due to its well-rounded nature, he does not have a known Super Armor form. His armor isn't exclusively made of Arthurium, but it is a big part of its construction. It's mixed with other basic materials to balance its reactions to other elements and forces.
His right arm can transform into a large, tank-like cannon. It fires heavy explosive rounds that could be compared to a precise air strike.
Giga Attack - Cleansing Howitzer: Percival charges a shot by merging his plasma shells within his arm cannon. The impact and destruction of this shot is equivalent to a MOAB.
Bio: Deacon was a prototype Hunter funded and researched by the Federation with the purpose of deterring Maverick events and war break outs. Designed specifically for frontlining and heavy crowd control, Percival was ready to roll out for alpha testing before the Maverick Revolt occurred, and everything was halted. Being the only Deacon developed, Percival was assigned to become a Maverick Hunter at the request of Dr. Cain.
