lol, well yes she did make Copy X, but I would guess that they tried to create him based on some info from the real Mega Man X. Since this was the case, I think they thought that he wouldn't go bad. (I think the main problem from Copy X and the real X was that the real X was sealed for 100 years to test his systems to make sure he would be good, where the Copy X wasn't) But yes, a fail safe WOULD have been nice (Though it wouldn't make much of a story.)
The Ceil System was used, I believe. I think Weil started to use it by Zero4 for Neo Arcadia and probably after in Area Zero.
True she was and I think Zero did like her as well (From Zero 4 and such) Sadly, it would have to end like Craft and Neige. T_T (not to metion X4 again....)
I do think that when she captured Crea and Prea in Z2-3, she should have put them under more guard protection so they wouldn't have escaped......and helped kill X and, ect. >___>
BUT in her defence, she did a lot and I did like her playing as the leader of the Resistance and Zero's love interest and such. lol.
Well, Zero never cared that Ciel obviously loved him. Sorry if I get out of topic but....
Anyway, Zero died before he regained him memories, ( I mean, seriously, he didn't remember who Axl was. ). So thats a big fail for Zero (no offense to die-hard MZ fans!)
