Okay the rules a simple here. I'm gonna see if I can't make seprate forums for the side rps, but mainly to make one, you'll have to register it with the mods. If the rp is approved then you can play it. As far as characters go, it's up to you, but if you need to keep track, create a side thread with a character list.
