Hello all!!!! Well, here's the thing. I'm currently trying to work on a new series of Mega Man aside from the one that I have been working on and is apart of the RP. From what I have gathered so far, I've pretty much named this new series as Mega Man Strike...at least that's the going name right now. With out getting into to much details the story will revlove around 3 Mega Men, taking place after the ZX era but before the Legends series. Basicly, I'm trying to create my own bridge between the ZX to Legends series.
ANYWAYS, the reason for this thread is because I pretty much need help. Not with the storyline or anything but with a name. Yes, I am also making a fourth Mega Man to the series....sorta. Anyways, what I would like to ask is if anyone could give any advice on naming this new Mega Man. The Main Character is known as Mega Man Strike and this new Mega Man will be akin to Mega Man X AND this will also probably be leading to Legends and of course Mega Man Trigger.
So far, the best name I've dubbed this new Mega Man is: Mega Man: Purfier Unit X.
Which is...ehh.....not that I don't like it, but....
Anyways, if anyone could help me with some new names that I could throw around to name this new Mega Man, I would be grateful!
(Btw, if you all want I could possibly post a pic of this new Mega Man in the Art forum. ^_^) Thanks in advance for any help!

^_^ Infinity sounds nice, but too uhh big. I don't want to overshadow legends because that's what it'll go to. Still very nice though. Alpha? XDD Kitty!? O_O XDD
XDD nice, but it sounds to similar to legends. I like the title though, and the meaning is sorta what I want, but maybe a different word. lolol I think I need to go look into a dictionary and look something up. XD

@_@ lol Hm, I don't mind the name Legacies, but kinda sounds like I'm either pulling all of the megamen from across the timeline together or something. XDDD I want the name to be simple mainly. Mega Man Zero, Mega Man ZX, Megaman Legends. lol something that can flow nicely with those and now pull anymore from it's than the others. XD like uhh, just something seems to belong there. Advanced sounds nice and more my speed, but I just think of a GBA when you say it. XDD Close~
Hm, Rockman Strike worked for me, which is why I chose it for now.
legacies, legendary is too grandiose. I don;t want it to be a series that would overshadow legends or much less have a similar name. It is the successor to ZX, but the predecessor to Legends. So it needs a name better than ZX, but not as great as legends.
I also want the name to hold a good meaning like ZX or legends. ZX holds for the ability to fuse the Models in the game, ZXA is about Model A as well. Legends holds meaning for the game in being a story about legends and an ancient time, ect.
I want the name for this story to be in a similar term. Strike currently worked for me because it held a meaning for one of the characters, Rockman Strike and served as a good placeholder name. However, the overall story doesn't exactly revolve around him, but another Mega Man. Moreover, the story has other connections as well, so Strike isn't the best name for it. But trying to find a good name for it that will encompass the story in a word, not be as grand as Legends, but better than ZX is hard to pull off. XD Maybe i should go look up something in a dictionary? XD
